Package Treatment Plant

The complete system includes all necessary equipment for efficient plant operation:

Aeration chamber, mechanical clarifier, chlorine contact chamber with mixing baffles and V-notch weir, aerobic digester with supernatant adjustable air lift; galvanized steel internal piping, valves, aeration system including blower units, piping and diffusers, sludge return system, surface skimming system, chlorination system, and control panels: simplex, duplex, triplex & larger. 

All tankage is coated with twenty (20) mils (minimum) of coal tar epoxy.

Extended Aeration Treatment

The system works by providing ideal living condition for aerobic bacteria, which will decompose organic matter.

The plants range 2000 GPD to 50,000 GPD.

Used to fill the ongoing void between individual home units and the large municipal treatment plants.

Schools, subdivisions, and commercial businesses in outlying areas are the typical users of this type of system.

Blends with the Environment

The plant can be installed above or below grade and can be landscaped to blend with the environment.

The package equipment is prefabricated and the auxiliary equipment can be installed in a few days.

Adding an additional unit for growing loads in the future can expand the plant.

Due to the packaged design the unit can be sold or transferred to a new site.
